Agreement
Thank you for using our apps. These Terms of Use apply to InOrange.AI products, including TalkOn. Please read them carefully before using our apps.
By using InOrange.AI products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our apps. If you use our products on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Auto-renewing subscriptions
- Subscribed users have access to app services including speech-to-text recognition, translation, and text-to-speech according to the purchased plan.
- Unsubscribed users may use services with a limited daily quota.
- Payment is charged to the iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- The account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period and identifies the renewal cost.
- Subscriptions may be managed by the user, and auto-renewal may be turned off in the user's Account Settings after purchase.
- Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, is forfeited when the user purchases a subscription, where applicable.
General prohibitions
You agree not to do, or attempt to do, any of the following:
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any InOrange.AI system or network, or breach security or authentication measures.
- Access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of InOrange.AI, its computer systems, or the technical delivery systems of its providers.
- Decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer software used to provide InOrange.AI services.
- Interfere with any user, host, or network, including by sending viruses, overloading, flooding, spamming, or mail-bombing.
- Access, search, or download intellectual property through engines, software, tools, agents, devices, or mechanisms other than publicly supported interfaces.
- Plant malware, distribute malware, send unsolicited communications, or send altered, deceptive, or false source-identifying information.
- Post or transmit anything fraudulent, misleading, infringing, impersonating, privacy-violating, unlawful, or that encourages another person to do so.
Monitoring and enforcement
Although we are not obligated to monitor access to or use of InOrange.AI services or user content, we have the right to do so to operate services, ensure compliance with these Terms, or comply with law.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to remove or disable access to content at any time and without notice if we consider it objectionable or in violation of these Terms. We may investigate violations and cooperate with law enforcement authorities.
DMCA and copyright policy
We respect copyright law and expect users to do the same. Our policy is to terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe, or are believed to repeatedly infringe, the rights of copyright holders.
